Rod has been involved in Rental Properties and real estate since the early 1980's. He was a Realtor for 7 years, has been a General Contractor in Portland since 1989 and has built, owned and managed rental units for the past 20 years. He has served on the landlord advisory board for the Housing Authority of Portland, Section 8 program for several years.

Rod works hand in hand with Todd Joppe to develop personalized strategies for all of our projects.
