Call, or send the inspection report and the deadline. We do not need a polished scope from you. That is our job.

We walk it and price it
A written, line-by-line quote within 48 hours. No vague allowances that balloon halfway through the job.

We do the work
One crew, one point of contact, photo updates if requested. The site is clean at the end of every day because showings do not wait.

You close
If requested, photos and documentation for the project will be provided, so the lender and the buyer's agent both get what they need.

We have over 40 years of construction experience and have managed plexes with over 140 units, including a long relationship with Section 8. We know the construction end of the business and the inner workings of the rental business.

How fast can you get to a property in Portland?
We walk most properties within 48 hours of your call and send a written scope the same day we walk it. If you are up against a listing date or a closing date, say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Do you work directly with real estate agents?
Constantly. It is most of our business. Agents send us the inspection report or the punch list, we price it line by line, and we coordinate access with the seller so you do not have to babysit the job.
Are you licensed and insured in Oregon?
Yes. CCB #189006, bonded and insured. We can send a certificate of insurance directly to your brokerage if your office requires one on file.
What areas do you serve?
We cover the Portland metro: Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Oregon City, and the surrounding communities. If you are just outside that list, ask anyway.
