This policy explains what Fix It To Sell Homes, LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, call us on (503) 808-0996 and ask.

Who we are

Fix It To Sell Homes, LLC, a general contractor operating in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. CCB #189006. You can reach us at rod@fixittosellhomes.com.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form we ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, whether you are an agent, investor, homeowner or something else, and a description of the work you need. The property address is optional.

We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to quote the work. It is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery provider, and lands in our normal business inbox. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who is not working on your job.

Information collected automatically

We use three analytics tools. Two of them set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. The third does not.

Google Analytics 4

Tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where in the world they are. It collects your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use it to understand which parts of the site are useful.

Microsoft Clarity

Clarity records how you interact with pages, including mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and a session replay of your visit. We use it to find parts of the site that confuse people. Clarity's masking is set to strict, so page text and anything you type into the contact form is obscured before the recording leaves your browser. You should still assume any page you visit here may be replayed by us for usability review.

Vercel Web Analytics

Counts page views and records which pages are read, which site sent you here, your country, and your device and browser type. It sets no cookie. Instead it derives a temporary identifier from your request that is discarded daily, so it cannot recognise you tomorrow or follow you to another site. Its script is served from this site's own domain rather than from Vercel.

How to opt out

• Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will stop Google Analytics and Clarity from identifying your session. Vercel Web Analytics sets no cookie, so blocking cookies does not affect it.
• Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics across all sites.
• Turning on your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting is respected by many ad and analytics networks.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept as long as we might reasonably need them for the job and our records. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default settings. Clarity recordings are retained for a limited period and then deleted by Microsoft. Vercel Web Analytics keeps aggregated counts only, with nothing tied to an individual visitor.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email rod@fixittosellhomes.com and we will deal with it. There is no charge.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and real estate professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not store your enquiry anywhere beyond our email.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
