We are licensed, bonded and insured general contractors, since 2009, specialising in preparing homes and plexes for resale, working closely with Realtors, attorneys and their clients.
We have over 40 years of construction experience and have managed plexes with over 140 units, which qualifies us as experts in rental unit turnovers. We have paid for turns out of our own pocket, which is a different education from billing someone else for them.
Our mission is to assist sellers and their professional agents to make minor or major repairs and remodels that help facilitate a fast, profitable sale, using the most cost-effective measures to put the property in the condition it actually needs to sell or rent in today's challenging market.

We answer the phone
During business hours a person picks up. If we miss you, we call back the same day. It should not be a differentiator in this trade, and yet.
Written scopes, not vibes
Every job starts with a line-item scope you can forward to a seller, a buyer's agent, or a lender without translating it first.
Clean sites
Properties we work on are being shown, photographed, and walked by buyers. We leave them presentable every single day.
Honest no's
If a repair will not return its cost at resale, we say so. If your timeline is not realistic, we say that too, before you commit to it.
