Can you paint an exterior in the Portland winter?
Sometimes. We need dry conditions and surface temperatures above about 50°F. From roughly November through March we will be straight with you about whether the window exists, rather than painting something that fails in a year.
What sheen holds up best for a rental or flip?
Eggshell on walls and semi-gloss on trim and doors. It cleans up well and photographs without hot spots.
