Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Fix It To Sell Homes, LLC wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, magnify the page, or need reduced motion. This page says plainly where we stand.

Standard we build to

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we also meet the WCAG 2.2 minimum target size rule for clickable elements. That is the standard normally referenced when people talk about ADA compliance for websites.

What we have done

  • Every colour combination on the site has been checked by measuring the rendered page, not by eye. All text meets or exceeds AA contrast.
  • The whole site can be operated by keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “skip to main content” link as the first stop on every page.
  • Proper page structure: one main heading per page, headings in order, and landmark regions so a screen reader can jump around.
  • Every image has alternative text that describes what is actually in it.
  • Form fields have real labels, errors are announced, and focus moves to the error summary when a submission fails.
  • Clickable targets are at least 24 by 24 pixels, and most are considerably larger.
  • Pinch zoom is never disabled, body text is never smaller than 16 pixels, and we honour the operating system's reduced motion setting.

Known limitations

We would rather list these than claim perfection.

  • Photography on the site is currently stock imagery used as placeholders. When real project photographs replace it, the alternative text will be rewritten to describe the actual work shown.
  • We have tested with automated checks across every page, and manually by keyboard. We have not yet completed a full manual audit with a screen reader on every page.
  • Some pages link out to third party sites, including the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. We do not control the accessibility of those sites.
