How fast can you turn around a pre-listing punch list?
Most cosmetic lists are done in three to five business days once the scope is approved. If you are working against a hard listing date, tell us the date up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Can the seller pay at closing?
For established agent partners we can arrange payment at closing on qualifying jobs. Ask when we scope the work.
